Lately: May

May was a lovely month here in Boston. The weather has been kind of bipolar, but for the most part warm. Kai started walking, which is so fun! And we have been allowing him to explore the world more with his new-found freedom. He is becoming so animated and getting much better at communicating his needs and wants. Here is what we have been up to this month (WARNING: extreme photo-dumping to follow):

New shoes (because my husband is awesome)

 More very messy eating (spaghetti). Sidenote: this kid can eat. I seriously have never seen a 1 year-old eat as much as Kai.

And even more mess making now that he is walking everywhere.

May has been really good to us. We are even more excited now for summer to finally get here. I foresee  many trips to the park and lots of playing in the city. We have some trips from family and to family to look forward to as well. Yay for winter being over!
